Once we got our vehicle, she was completely unresponsive and unprofessional. Manager had to take over the final paperwork as she was unreliable. I would strong advise customers to avoid Taylor Richards.

HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BOUGHT A $220K CAR AND TOOK IT IN FOR ITS FIRST SERVICE. THEY WANTED $1700 FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND FLUIDS... PLUS, THE PASSENGER FRONT SEAT WINDOW HAD A SMALL CRACK THAT WE MISSED WHEN WE BOUGHT THE CAR. THEY WANTED $4,000 TO FIX.. I CALLED GLENVIEW ASTON MARTIN AND THE SAME SERVICE IS $400!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AS THEY JUST ARE A RIP OFF AND SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME THE COSTS GOING IN, ESPECIALLY THE OIL CHANGE.

Went to look at a used suburban here in March.Decided not to purchase it after hearing the motor mounts making a clunk noise on acceleration. Let the sales manager know and was told they would fix the issue before the vehicle would be sold.

Felt entirely rushed throughout the entire purchasing process of buying a used car from them. In which I asked if the car has been serviced and the person who sold me this vehicle said it was serviced and the brakes were done. FFW 3 weeks after I have had the car the oil change indicator is on and they say “well there are laws against waste and since the oil change light wasn’t on we didn’t do it” seems like changing the oil when it’s due within the next month isn’t that wasteful. Arrogant sales staff not willing to disclose known defects to me as an online customer (I insisted on getting the inspection report but was told the car passed the safety inspection and was being sold as-is). Had to hire a 3rd party inspector to find out obvious issues that I wasn't aware of. Online customers - be aware - this is not a serious business. Update: Perry, the General Manager, contacted me directly and got the situation resolved in an acceptable manner. As a result, I am officially a customer of Napleton Aston Martin Downers Grove.
