Arrogant sales staff not willing to disclose known defects to me as an online customer (I insisted on getting the inspection report but was told the car passed the safety inspection and was being sold as-is). Had to hire a 3rd party inspector to find out obvious issues that I wasn't aware of. Online customers - be aware - this is not a serious business. Update: Perry, the General Manager, contacted me directly and got the situation resolved in an acceptable manner. As a result, I am officially a customer of Napleton Aston Martin Downers Grove.
